Color
Neutrals carry the chrome. Cranberry is the one accent, spent on links, tints and brand moments. In dark, accents move from the 50 step to the 30 step instead of inverting.
Type
The OS system font, no webfont. Identity comes from color, shape and motion. Bold is 600, never 700.
Shape
Nothing has a sharp corner. Large surfaces get squircle smoothing on top of the radius, at double the value a plain corner would use.
Elevation and Glass
Five-stop shadow ramps at very low alpha. The modal draws its 1px ring inside the shadow, not as a border. Floating chrome is near-opaque with a 16px blur behind it.
Inputs
Surface fill, 1px gray border. Focus swaps the border to the text color, no glow ring.
Cards, Pills and Avatars
Translucent material with a self-colored hairline. The whole card is the target and lifts through border and shadow, never scale.

Stacked avatars overlap with a cutout ring in the page color.
Status Pills
Fully rounded, 12 to 14px, on pale washes of their own color.
Loading
A moving gray shimmer. Luma never spins.
Menus and Modals
Menus open on the bounce curve from their trigger. Modals sit on a dimmed overlay with the ring-plus-ramp shadow.
Motion
Everything that changes state transitions, nothing snaps. The bounce curve's small overshoot is the signature, spent on things appearing and toggles.
Event Theming
One accent in, whole theme out. The host picks a single color, the system derives a 5 to 90 ramp and maps surfaces, buttons and links onto it. Chrome stays neutral everywhere else.
